In this pesterlog Rose reveals that she burned her copy of the MEOW code book because in this timeline (as opposed to the one her alternate timeline dreamself remembers spending with Davesprite) it is relevant and important. We know it is because this session (in the alpha timeline) is the one Bec is ectobiologized in.

I think this is the first instance where we see Rose's MEOW code. If I've deduced correctly, this is the secret that Jaspers whispered to her right before he disappeared and turned up dead. It's also the genetic code used to ectobiologize Bec.
